When the NS tries to reboot, this first window starts to look for the NS to list it (as shown in the picture) and this prevents the NS from going into update mode. This window is the culprit which prevents the NS from rebooting into update mode. Quite by chance I then got it to work, by closing this window right after the NAS went down for reboot: I tried this countless times and always this error appeared.
